Van Leasing
Requirements for leasing a van
- Age 25 or older
- No at-fault accidents or more than one minor moving violation within the last three years
- No convictions for driving under the influence.
- Favorable credit report
- A refundable $250 deposit
- Complete and submit the driver’s registration and motor vehicle request forms via mail, e-mail, or fax

Other Requirements
Vanpool operators are required to track mileage, fuel purchase, rider ship, and van usage each month. This collected information is logged daily for monthly submission to TRAFFIX. Log sheets are provided online in Excel and PDF. Forms a located on “My Vanpool” page.
