TRAFFIX is a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) organization. TDM agencies are designed to manage traffic demand by providing travelers with travel choices in the attempt to reduce of congestion and emissions.
While visiting TRAFFIX, you are able to:
- Search for rideshare partners by signing up with Commuter Computer
- Start a vanpool to and from your workplace by submitting a vanpool application
- Get rewarded for ridesharing by registering with NuRide
- Find a park & ride lot near you
- Find helpful commuting information such as traffic updates, bus and ferry schedules, and your yearly commute cost using our handy SOV cost calculator
Also, if you currently vanpool, carpool, take the HRT MAX bus, or ride your bike to work at least three times a week; you can sign up for the Guaranteed Ride Program (GRP). Guaranteed Ride will pick you up from work and take you back to your point of origin if an emergency arises after you arrive to work.
